Os quartos são antigos, com cheiro de mofo, os utensílios do banheiro estão quebrados, todo o hotel precisa de manutenção, mas o pior é o custo benefício, o preço do hotel é extremamente elevado para o que oferecem. O estacionamiento é sujo, não tem controle de entrada e saída, os carros ficam atrapados por outros carros, impedindo a saída dos hóspedes. Os funcionários são gentis e solícitos, possui uma localização conveniente e segura para quem está de passagem.

Boa experiência na hospedagem

O hotel tem várias possibilidades de quartos, dos mais simples até suítes amplas e com mais requinte na decoração. Então se você realmente que algo diferenciado melhor perguntar o valor na recepção. Pois tem como mudar, mesmo se já tiver pago antes pelo programa que você reservou. Para o tamanho da cidade tem um ótima localização e alguns serviços legais como a piscina e um café da manhã bem gostoso e variado. No quarto que fiquei o ponto negativo é relacionado a sustentabilidade. Tinha uma torneira que descia muita agua e não cortava a agua de forma automática, ou seja, se for seu filho usando a pia vai gastar muita água.

Hotel de qualidade mediana, pelo valor esperava algo bem melhor. Hotel com acabamento mal cuidado, paredes manchadas, ar condicionado não esfria como deveria e houve necessidade de trocar de quarto pois havia reservado quarto triplo e nos foi entregue um quarto simples com uma cama de casal, mas assim que informado o atendente resolveu, então ok. 400 reais pelo quarto foi um valor muito alto pelo que foi entregue. Adorei a estadia! Só o banheiro que foi um pouco desconfortável suas condições. De toda forma no geral foi ótimo. Tive um problema e a recepcionista foi super atenciosa e querida em resolver. A limpeza do local estava ótima também. E os colaboradores pelos locais foram todos simpáticos também.

Lençóis e toalhas estavam velhos. A toalha de banho estava quase rasgando. Eu solicitei na recepção toalha de rosto (no quarto só colocaram o piso e uma de banho) e esta estava novinha. O quarto era individual e a cama disponibilizada era de solteiro. Quarto era tão pequeno que não era possível abrir o frigobar. Era preciso empurrar a cama para abri. A TV era pequena e os canais não pegavam direito (qualidade do sinal ruim).
