This was a good place if you need to stay in the area. We were there for a family gathering near by. The staff is nice and the property clean and neat. A little pricey but to be expected during the holiday. Definitely the best choice in the area.

We came and stayed with my parents and a few friends. 4 rooms were rented total and all smelt like mold. Mold was present on the vents of our bathroom and a toe nail clipping was found in our friends bed. Everything else was pretty good.

The staff were amazing, and very kind. Our room smelled really bad like mildew. The closet was the worst, I didn’t put my clothes in there because I didn’t want my clothes to smell like mildew.

Best one I saw in the area for sure

Waited 20 mins at the front desk before any employees emerged from the back. Pool was pretty green and the hot tub doesn’t work at all. Room was nice though and very spacious. Breakfast was ok but we had to ask for restocking because they do not have a dedicated employee in that area.

We were road tripping and en route back to Dallas from the Coastline and needed place to stay in between. This hotel was perfect, we called ahead to let them know we were not going to be in until 12 midnight and they let us know they are there 24/7. That was a relief. The room was very spacious, super clean and high quality bedding. The pool and hot tub outside seemed so inviting I wish we got in earlier to enjoy. The hotel is fenced in and felt secure as there was someone at the front at all time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent stay if you are on the road and need a stop, it seems rural but there are towns all around with gas stations and food and you avoid Houston on Route 77. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, we would have liked if it ended at 10am and not 9am as we would have gotten a little extra sleep after a late check in.

The place was beautiful and the room was really nice. Elevator had stopped with someone in it before we got there per the lady . I asked not to be on the top floor as I couldn't walk up the stairs. We were put on the top floor so I had to use the elevator. When we got to the room, we turned on the sink and the water was brown as a paper bag. We called the front desk and were told to keep running it until it cleared up. We had to use bottled water to drink, brush our teeth, etc because we didn't feel the water was safe. No offer to compensate for the added expense or to provide the water. When we came back at midnight from our 4th celebration, our keys didn't work so we had to go back down and get them rekeyed. Otherwise, it is a really nice place to stay.

Good location. Staff, with the exception of whoever does maintenance, we're pleasant and helpful. We were in the Jacuzzi room and looked forward to enjoying it when we arrived. But NO, not going to happen. The switch did not have a knob to turn it on, just a metal shaft sticking out of the switch. A little dangerous. I talked to the desk clerk who said they would find a knob and get it fixed for the next day. We left and returned the next day to find no repair made. The desk clerk said the maintenance girl was more interested in her boyfriend. Distracted from doing her job it seems. So, the desk clerk, at my suggestion, supplied me with Vise Grip pliers to use the Jacuzzi switch. It was an old school work around. The jacuzzi did work but sounded like it was on it's last legs. In addition... The breakfast warmer was not working so the eggs and bacon and sausage had to be heated up in the microwave. The juice dispensed was very weak. Biscuits were also hard as hockey pucks. BUT, the breakfast was not terrible, mostly just inconvenient.
