My stay at the Cassia Hotel Jerusalem was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating, the kind of hospitality that immediately puts you at ease after a long trip. The room was absolutely beautiful: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The entire property is well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax in between touring the city. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Cassia Hotel Jerusalem to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough. While the linen was very soft, the blanket was slightly thin, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure you could call for the pose things.

We put our light on to clean the room late. They apparently came early and never came back so they never cleaned our room. But I’m not sure it was their fault.
