This is a great hotel option for visiting NYC. Ferry is directly in front of the hotel and is inexpensive transportation to get into the city. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with kitchen and living room areas. We had a little trouble keeping the room cool and the breakfast options were limited. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.
