We stayed here over the Labour Day weekend. The location was convenient and close to NYC. Lots of amenities around. Upon checking in and going to the room we had to call front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned as the floor had crumbs and hair all over it. The couch had so much hair all over it

We had a very good stay here while visiting New York City. We arrived just a few minutes before midnight, but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good, and the free parking was a huge plus, especially when staying outside NYC. The staff was friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place for our family, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location close to dining, shopping, and sports. The only complaint I have was the very tiny bathroom. It was just big enough to fit a stand up shower and toilet, leaving just enough room to open the door. The sink was located outside the washroom. I would still return as everything else was quite good and location was convenient.

Great location and cleanliness, but beds are too small for families/groups We had a pleasant stay overall and really loved the location—it was extremely convenient for taking public transit straight into NYC. The entire facility and our room were spotlessly clean, and having convenient on-site parking for the car was a huge plus. The only major downside for us was the bed size. The beds were too small to comfortably fit two adults per bed; at least queen-size beds (or larger) would be a much better option, especially for families or traveling companions sharing a room. If you are traveling solo or don't mind cozying up, this is a clean, well-located, and easy option with great parking. With larger beds, it would easily be a five-star stay!

The property was easy to spot and the surrounding were clean and pretty safe. The breakfast was excellent, hot and pretty tasty. Lastly, the staff was very humble and friendly when we ask for something or were answering something.
