No issues, solid and cheap, rooms could be a little cleaner but it was not that bad, it is probably from how old the hotel is, either way, good location, and helpful staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is very secure. The grounds are pretty clean, except for the heavy smell of marijuana. The room was clean overall; but definitely needs some extra cleaning and upgrades, especially in the bathroom.

Staff were pleasant and great location. However, the bed, bathroom sink, and floor was filled with human hair, I was disgusted but super exhausted from flying all day so I dusted over 20 strains of hair off the bed/covers and tried to get some rest. I would recommend that the cleaning staff put some effort since guests are paying for a clean room. Overall, it was a good stay.

The rooms are dated and in need of upgrades. The staff were helpful and the shuttle to Metlife was great!

Excellent front desk staff, friendly and able to answer every need. The room itself seemed a bit worn, with visible rust on the door of the refrigerator and stains in the shower. Still, was certainly worth the money if you're going to an event at Metlife Stadium/Meadowlands

The room was beyond tired the carpets in the halls were stained sticky and old. There was no bath in the room. Just a disabled access shower. Bed was comfortable bedding or towels were not changed in the week stay. Not a good place to stay if you want daily access to NYC. Strange smell of damp and tobacco

Decent hotel for a quick stay. Everything listed that they say is available in the room, you actually have to ask front desk for everything. Stayed 2 days and left the room but housekeeping never came, I assumed they only clean the rooms that check out. In the shower, the tub was peeling and there were some smudges on the wall. The rooms say no smoking, which we honored but no one else did, after 10pm the hallways smelled of cigarettes.very convenient location if going to a concert or the mall. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Very convenient location with basic needs. Bed, bathroom, and small kitchen. Needs to be cleaned a little better. Smelled like someone smoked in there and found a pair of underwear hanging in the shower. Wasn’t terrible but definitely could use a little update.

The staff were super nice and helpful, that part was great. The room was pretty terrible. We had a light that would strobe, our microwave wouldn't work, the included "breakfast" was awful. I would not stay here again.

The front staff were very nice and helpful. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms was not the best - I found hair and dust in the sheets. The bathroom toilet was not secure to the floor so when you used the bathroom and stood up the toilet base was would move .

There was no WiFi which was a huge barrier for us. It would have been nice to have some fruit options for breakfast. It is really close to American Dream Mall, about a five minute drive. Ordering food was easy and convenient. Parking is a big plus! The kitchenette style room is great for cooking something quick or reheating food. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented! We were checked in quickly and smoothly.

The room was okay, not bad, not great. The beds were fine. The bathroom was average. They are working on updating the rooms. I liked that you can easily control the temperature of the room and the unit was not terribly loud. The worst part was the "grab and go" breakfast. Completely worthless.
