Staff was very helpful, the room was clean and they provided a lot of basic toiletries! On site parking was nice! Quick little 15 minute bus ride to NYC, lots of food nearby and they have menus in the lobby! Found a hidden gem for my trips to NYC, will be back :)

Honestly there's so many hotels in the area but I'm very happy I chose this one! For starters the staff was so polite and helpful. Very clean and beautiful. Even got the option to check in way before the 3pm time slot. The coffee is grounds so cup and is AMAZING, fresh ice water and coffee bar open at all times, very good sound proofing. Overall, it was an amazing hotel. Even the breakfast selection was great to me. If I were to travel to Jersey again, I'd chose this hotel all over again!

There were no garbage cans no cups or anything to drink with no phone in the room just nothing and I paid a lot of money for a couple of hours overnight horrible just horrible. I’ve never been to a hotel like this before. They have never been like this. I’ve been here some years ago. It was beautiful dishes in there you know travel mercies. This is horrible. Look like they switched over to look like a bunch of welfare recipients stayed at which is OK but come on now. Maybe have some other rooms set aside for people that’s traveling and don’t have to go through not having anything in their room mind you not even a coffee pot.
