The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Whilst all of the staff were great one member of staff deserves a special mention, Ivo was so helpful and he also organised and surprised us with a special cake for my friends birthday. Ivo was amazing.

O quarto é limpo, mas bem simples. Café da manhã razoável, com as mesmas coisas durante o tempo todo. Comida pedida no quarto estava completamente sem tempero. Ruído vindo da piscina dificulta descanso. Definitivamente não vale o custo benefício. I felizmente nessa época do ano, pagar quase 350 dólares a diária não tem sentido. Único ponto de destaque favorável são os funcionários: sempre sorrindo e muito solícito. Divino é o destaque.

Hotel Velho e sem manutenção . Ar condicionado quebrado e não queriam me trocar de quarto. Só depois de muito insistir q consegui . No outro quarto , o sanitário estava quebrado e o interfone sem funcionar (detalhe q para pedir algo tinha q subir uma escada até a recepção). Atendentes da recepção antipáticas. Colocaram coisas q nao consumi na minha conta e a atendente Ana de cara feia dando a entender q eu estava sem querer pagar ( falta de organização !!!) . A equipe da recepção necessita de treinamento urgente !!! Viajamos para descansar e não para corrigir errors da administração do hotel.

Hotel com ótima localização - Frente para a praia e próximo aos restaurantes mas longe do barulho. Café da manhã bom, de frente para o mar, além de ótimo atendimento do pessoal, em especial do Daniel que nos serviu muito bem. Problemas: Piscina suja, cheia de folhas e flores e nínguem retirava, piso da piscina desgastado, apesar do hotel estar vazio nos colocaram em uma quarto conjugado onde vazava todos o som dos hóspedes ao lado. Atendimento de bar péssimo, eram 15 horas e o quarto ainda não tinha sido limpo, corredores dos quartos sem limpeza. Trocaram a senha do Wifi e não nos avisaram, A estrutura do hotel é muito boa (algumas coisa mais antigas mas ok), achei que faltou treinamentos de alguns setores.
