Clean rooms, friendly staff, well-located. Some of the plumbing is a bit loud, and the rooms could do with some extra sound-proofing, but otherwise no complaints.

Great location in the city, nearby a taxi rank. Roof terrace rooms were worth paying for to have a nice outdoor space to enjoy. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Our room was clean but some furniture and the bathroom were worn in places. Air conditioning was very effective which was needed! Housekeeping were friendly and generally good, but refilling hand soap was missed. Overall good quality for the price, with helpful bilingual staff.

Great location. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A kettle/coffee maker in the room would be nice. For a hotel this size I had expected a bar in the hotel

Here’s a polished review that keeps the warmth of your experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent location for exploring Jerez! We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel RH Jerez Centro. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with good amenities and everything we needed for our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent central location. You literally step out of the hotel door and you are right in the centre of everything you need as a visitor to Jerez. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and many of the main sightseeing attractions are all within easy walking distance, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city without needing transport. We had a wonderful time in Jerez and found the hotel extremely convenient for sightseeing, eating out and simply enjoying the atmosphere of the city centre. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Jerez and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable and very centrally located hotel.
