This is an old Korean-style, and it will ne a truly memorable experience. Instead of Western-style elevated beds, guests sleep on traditional layered floor pads over a warm heated floorโ€”comfortable, cozy, and an authentic touch of Korean culture. The morning Korean-style breakfast should include fresh fruit, rice cakes, and boiled eggs. It was simple but delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a unique and unforgettable stay that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking to experience traditional Korean living.

Had such a lovely stay! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the healthy breakfast each morning was a real treat. The neighborhood is beautiful and easy to explore, and it was quiet at nightโ€”perfect for a good sleep. They really make you feel at home!

The couple owners are very nice and welcoming. The place was located inside the Hanok Village and right beside the shrine and very walkable distance to all important landmarks. There are plenty of cafes, restos and convenience stores nearby. They also serve really good traditional breakfasts!

Fantastic hosts, great location. We had 3 rooms booked, all very clean and well maintained. The location is central with all you need within close proximity. The in person experience is much better than the photos that are available online. The host couple is friendly and accommodating.

Lovely stay

A lovely stay with wonderful hosts and a lovely breakfast. The room was cozy and warm. The location is fantastic right in the village. It is a traditional hanok so you will be sleeping on a blanket on the floor so it is going to be hard compared to a mattress but in saying that we slept well.

Beautiful cozy hanok! The owners are the sweetest people ever โค๏ธ Very kind and helpful! The hanok is very well equipped: from air conditioner to floor heater. I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast is very traditional (sort of rice cake specialty -sweet-, fresh delicious fruits, boiled egg)โ€ฆ I would definitely stay again here if I come back to visit the city. Amazing hotel! Stay in a traditional Korean building right in the heart of the Hanok Village district with a nice breakfast. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Just a note: in Google Maps the hotel shows up as Deomeomum.

Great location and wonderful owners. Really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Sleeping mats are a bit hard, especially if youโ€™re used to sleeping on a mattress.

Lovely Hanok stay in Jeonju

The Mumum (Deo Meomum in Naver app) is a wonderful accommodation if you want to stay in a Hanok. The owners are very helpful and friendly and made our two night stay more than we expected. The Korean breakfast was delicious. The location is very good right next to the wall of Gyeonggijeon Shrine. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely boutique hanok, great hosts

We had a lovely stay at this adorable boutique hanok in jeonju. The owners were very kind to us and looked after us during the stay, including providing us with local recommendations of places and giving us little refreshments when we're back at the hanok. Very central location close to everything. Highly recommend booking here!

Beautiful, friendly, traditional hanok stay

The Hanok was really beautiful, with a warm cosy room and attached bathroom. The room offered all necessary amenities. Also the hosts were lovely, providing a fresh breakfast every morning, looking after my luggage after I checked out, and even calling a taxi for me to get me to the bus stop.

The owner was so lovely and gracious despite the language barrier. Very convenient spot but not in the middle of a busy area. The complimentary breakfast was huge and delicious. I would stay here again, especially because of the ownerโ€™s hospitality.

The house was very beautiful and the owner was very nice and helpful. She provided us with a map of the town at our arrival, and did her best to answer all our questions. The breakfast was especially very good! Thank you, we will come back!

Amazing stay

It was amazing staying at the mumum. The lady who owns the place was so kind. She greeted me and my daughter outside of the place to help us in. We had three big luggage, and she kindly helped to carry one of our luggage. The yard was so beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the bird family. Breakfast was great as well. I want to visit there again with my husband sometime soon.
