Nice hotel in very good location

The location near Hanok village is very good and our hotel room was big enough and very clean quite comfort. Besides a nice fitness area there are saunas and an seasonal outdoor pool,. The international and korean breakfast was also good, but its price is for the selection and the quality too high.

Great location

Great location within walking distance of all the major town sights. Staff were excellent. The hotel has a large underground parking area which is free for hotel guests. Top tip - request a high floor room with a view over the Hanok village!

Every single amenities were ADDITIONAL fee; advertisements for “all you can drink beer” was misleading…as the part that said “with purchase of food” was not written in English, only in native language, therefore, foreigners that cannot read the native language would not have known the proper meaning of the advertisement

Right next to hanok village. Rooms are spacious and modern. Its a bit more road noise facing the main street so adk for rooms facing the hanok village which is so conveniently easy to get to. Front desk staff spoke english and this is a nice big hotel. Beds were nice and not too firm and you can watch many kdrama channels in the room but no subtitles. It was a great stay and would come back to this hotel.

Nice stay with the wife and kids. Location is spot on and staff are very friendly. Baby cots are sooo old that our 18mo managed to break one by laying down...replaced quickly but that was also very weak. New cotbeds needed.

The old village was right outside our Hotel, it made our stay very enjoyable. We enjoyed exploring the shopping, food and entertainment options. The check in process for me was very disappointing, anytime someone says, please step out of line, we will get to you after we service the guests with a local phone number first, wow! I didn’t see that in my Expedia Hotel pre booking information. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to check in. This also happened at another Korean Hotel in Jeju, not cool at all, didn’t feel appreciated at all, time to move on,

This hotel is decent. Staff are so accustomed to many travelers sometimes they forget the smallest details of a smile and conversation to any clients using their facility. They charge to use the pool which is not a very big pool. Regular outdoor pool. The advantage is it’s right down the Jeonju Hanok Village. Golf cart ready for rental right when you go outside the hotel. 7-11 store available as well. I think they can offer more amenities for their hotel guests especially if it’s standard for other competitors to offer swimming pool or staff equipped with a very hospitable attitude.

위치는 최상이었으며, 직원분들 응대도 굉장히 좋습니다. 다만, 중앙난방이라 난방을 마음대로 할 수 없더군요. 해가 지면서부터는 굉장히 추웠는데, 프론트에 전화해도 중앙난방이라 어쩔 수 없다는 답변 뿐이었습니다. 밤에 난방을 가동했다고는 하는데, 굉장히 추웠습니다. 일정 수준 이상의 호텔에 숙박하면서 방한 대책을 세워 숙박해야 할 거라고는 생각을 못했네요.
