This hotel experience was by far the best during my one month vacation in Korea. The management team was second to none. They made our stay in Jeonju very comfortable. The breakfast was so good and selection was plenty.

The customer service is a standout. We had travelled and stayed over 5 hotels within the 3 weeks and this hotel customer service is above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are wonderful and very friendly. Our kids loves this place.

Nice hotel, with lots extras, free toast sandwiches, free drinks, coffee, pop corn. Free facial mask and beauty pack. Nice and friendly staff, Indoor parking space. Personal computer facilities in room. Minor cleanliness issues includes the cups and electric kettle, towels are relatively hard.
