호텔을 막 인수해서 운용해서 그런지 주차가 불가능했고, 이에 대한 언급이 미리 없었으며, 현장에서 직원 대응은 거의 없었으며, 직원의 태도는 아주 엉망이었습니다. 하지만 방 준비는 잘 되어있었고, 청결했으며 방 상태고 좋았습니다.

정선 여행 숙박시설로는 만족스러우나 직원이 전반적으로 불친절. 호텔에서 제공하는 기본적 서비스도 불가함. 아이스팩을 냉동보관하거나 얼음을 얻는것도 불가함. 지하주차장도 너무 좁아서 대부분 외부 공터에 주차해야하는데 여기도 제대로 관리가 되고있다고 보기는 어려움. 다음에는 그냥 하이원으로 가거나 강원도 다른 지역에서 숙박할 듯.

주차가 다소 불편했네요. 지하 주차장은 좁았고, 처음엔 바리케이트가 쳐져 있어 들어가지도 못했네요. 시설이 정비되는 중이었던 것 같은데... 다음엔 개선되겠지요.
