미친듯이 추워요

11월초에 여행했고, 너무춥다는 후기를 보았지만, 설마하고갔었는데 정말정말정말 추었어요 노숙하는기분이었고 혹시나해서 아침에 체크아웃하고나와보니 밖이 더 따뜻했어요;;; 벽이 있고 그래도 실내인데 어떻게 이런일이 가능한거죠ㄷㄷㄷ 그나마 전기장판있어서 살아남긴했어요 차라리 가격을 올리고 난방을해주세요

숙박시설은 깨끗하고 편리, 단조로왔지만, 숙박시설 내에서 흡연하는 사람, 밖에서 패목을 태워 연기가 방으로 들어오는 부분, 창문을 열어놓을 수 없는 상황이 있었습니다.. 좋은 공기가 필요한 사람들에게는 적합하지 않음

깔끔한 편...근데 추워요..

룸 환기후 창문을 닫아놓지않아 좀 추웠는데...난방이라고는 침대안 온열장판뿐이라 침대로 들어가야 지낼수있네요.. 전체적으로 깔끔한 편이라 괜찮았지만...이번이 두번째인데...추울떄는 조금 걱정되네요..

여행 중 잠만 잘 경우, 가성비적인 측면에서만 괜찮은 것 같아요. 프런트 분은 거의 자리비움이고, 일층에 나이트라고 써있는 노래방 같은 것이 있어 늦게까지 시끄러웠어요. 바닥은 카펫이라 막더러워보이진 않았지만 침구류에 드문드문 얼룩이 있고 털이 이물질도 몇가닥(?)보여 아이와 자기 찝찝했습니다.

깔끔한 객실과 내부, 가성비 좋아요!

청소 상태는 약간 안좋았습니다. 디럭스 트윈 예약했는데 객실 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 와이파이 잘 터지고 티비도 크네요. 층마다 정수기가 있는듯 하네요. 2박 예약 했는데 이틀날 청소 서비스 해주셔서 감사했고요~ 사장님은 츤데레 느낌~ 무뚝뚝 해보이지만 친절하신듯 합니다~ 한 가지 실망한건 월요일 체크아웃 전에 조식을 먹으러 3층에 깄는데 월요일이라 손님이 별로 없어서 그런지 조식이 없더라고요~

좋은 숙소, 나쁜 손님접대, 아쉬움

숙박은 아주 좋았는데, 데스크에서 제가 너무 저렴하게 구입했다고 투덜대시네요. CS를 조금 더 철저히 하셔야 겠습니다. 좋은 숙박지를 유지하시면서 결정적 손님접대는 엉망이셨어요.
