A most serene and beautiful location in Jenner. Small quaint and fantastic. Check in with Tom was easy. Great local recommendations. The rooms overlooking the Russian River and views of the river meeting the sea. We stayed in the Sunset room. Breathtaking. Highly recommend for location, peacefullness and comfort quietness.

This place was an absolute gem - I almost don't want to advertise it too much lest the word get out. The room was lovely and comfortable and the view was stunning. Jenner is a small town and Madeira House is right in the middle of it. My only regret is not staying longer and getting to enjoy the magical garden on site. We will be back!

Beautiful introverted dream. Great job on the renovations, super peaceful on the mouth at the mouth of the Russian River. Beautiful in every way. Warm welcome from Tom, - thank you! Easy check in / check out. So many thoughtful touches in the suite; lovely art, dishes and glassware, -nothing generic and cold here. This location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The location is absolutely beautiful. The property has plenty of small intimate areas where you can sit and enjoy the Russian river. Walk to Cafe Aquatica coffee shop, Tasting by the Sea wine bar or Jenner Sea Store for all you need for a low key weekend. We only stayed for one night on our way North but plan to make Maderia a destination. Check in is easy and the rooms are very comfortable.

My boyfriend and I were traveling up to Bodega Bay for a bike ride and we were so lucky to find this beautiful gem! Upon arrival, Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful answering questions and helped us get settled in. He offered lovely dining suggestions and general exploration. We stayed in Sage and had such a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed late night conversations on the deck and early morning breakfast and coffee there as well. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our one night stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be coming back.
