Dusty, Crushed and yellowish towel with smoke smel

If you imagine standard of Aston, you will disappointed as the hotel condition is very bad. The price for this hotel is expensive considering local price in jember very cheap. The room is dusty, bed sheet is not smooth and not soft at all. Lift is leaking of water. COndition of the hotel is very bad. Towels are worst. Yellowish, dry and rough, and smoke smell. Then, I was experienced horrible thing when my toilet got clogged. They used vacuum cleaner and all the "poop" coming out and my room is REALLY REALLY BAD SMELL. Even my cloth also got the smell. I got my room changed but I am very disappointing to stay here.

buen hotel salvo la situación

Típico hotel de cadena, limpio, desayuno perfecto, piscina, etc. Precio muy razonable. El personal debería hablar un poco más de inglés, pero son muy amables e intentan ayudar. No hay nada alrededores, no venden alcohol en este hotel. Gracias 1000 veces a IVAN de recepción quien se encargó de hacernos la estancia estupenda.

Very nice hotel with a great swimming pool

We are very pleased with this hotel. Daily room cleaning, and prompt responses to all of our request. Pretty good breakfast too. The swimming pool is quite huge considering the size of the hotel itself. but the area around the pool is really loud.... if you think you would like to lounge and relax, it's not going to happen. overall, it was a pretty good accommodation. You can "hear" your next door room too.

本当に四つ星ホテルですか？

四つ星ホテルで周辺に同様のホテルが無い為予約したが、二つ星程度のホテルとしか思えない対応とサービスであった。工事中との事で最初に断りは有ったが、朝８時前後から外装の工事で宿泊している部屋の窓周辺で騒音が発生。エアコンはカードキーが無いと止まってしまい、カードキーは１枚しか貰えない状態で、朝食を食べに行き戻ると部屋はサウナ状態、エアコンの効きも悪い。洗面所には石鹸も無くフロントに電話するも１時間以上放置状態。シャワーを使いタオルの交換を依頼するも一日一回のみで受け付けられないとの事。冷蔵庫も有るが実態は温蔵庫で一切冷えない。 スパが有ると聞き依頼するも１名しか居ないので２時間待ちとの事。 色々な都市のホテルに泊まりましたが、四つ星ホテルでは最低では？
