We enjoyed the view on the ocean and the Hamdeok beach. Great location with many restaurants and convenience stores within minutes. Less than 10 minutes walk to the bus station.

A good place to stay.

The hotel is steps awayvfrom the beach. A lovely place to stay with a lot of freebies such as breakfast and coupons to have a couple of beers. We stayed in a room with twin bed since it was my adult daughter and I. This hotel had the firmest beds I have ever slept on and I need something a little softer otherwise we enjoyed out stay.

I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea.

This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop

Hotel structure and location are the only positive points. The room had a really bad smell. The staff were unfriendly. Also, the bar/restaurant is terrible. We order a pizza, to eat there, and they quick us out. Definitely, not recommend.

Location and price of hotel was reasonable. Ocean facing accommodation in Hamdeok beach. Great location close to restaurants and pub food like “Roll Tide”. Parking was convenient in garage attached to hotel. Directions are easy to find to the location. Breakfast available in the hotel however it was not fresh or appealing. Ac was cut off during my stay. I was told for the season. The front desk did have a fan to borrow however my room only had one plug in to use. No plug ins existed in the bathroom. It was difficult to get ready in the morning. If simplicity is what you are looking for and location then it worked for the stay. I was gone most of the day so I just needed accommodations to sleep. There is a DJ set up down in the restaurant at night so it gets loud in the room. Everything extra - breakfast, jacuzzi, etc is an up charge.

The overall rating for this place was fair. The only bad experience was the quality of food and service at the morning breakfast. The staff were also rude and didn't care much for the manager's directions. As a result the food was cold, coffee services were absent, and the staff made sure to make us feel uncomfortable so that we leave 30 minutes before the end breakfast hour. I wouldn't waste my money at any lounge or bar in this hotel.

The staff and the location are the two best things in this hotel. Staff were really polite and helpful, tried their best to assist our every needs. The location is perfect! The hotel is close to Hamdeok beach, cafes, restaurants and water sports.

Amazing stay. The island was stuck in a Typhoon and they checked me in early at no extra cost so I could relax. John was such a fantastic front desk receptionist. I plan on coming back to this hotel next time i’m in Jeju.

View from the sea view room was fantastic -- really a beautiful, unobstructed view! Basement carpark was helpful too. Room might be a little small for 3 adults, but was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials :) Buffet breakfast was great too. My favourite was its proximity to the sea/ beach, as well as alot of restaurants in that area. Staff were polite and helpful.

Great hotel at the best location

Everything was great. Room was bigger than expected and I could see some of the beach from my winodw even though I booked a city view room, so that was a nice bonus. Got some voucher for a free beer and breakfast. Breakfast wasn't that great but I didnt pay for it and it was an add on so no complaints. Location is spot on!
