I had a great stay at Ramada City Jeju. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for our trip. The room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. I especially want to mention the gentlemen working in the parking area. They were incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful every time we needed assistance with the car. Their kindness and great service really stood out and made our stay even more pleasant. The location was also convenient for exploring Jeju, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. After spending the day sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Ramada City Jeju. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Jeju!

Our stay at Ramada was absolutely amazing❤️ the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was super nice and big and very view. The neighborhood was super quiet and a lot of. Store. Easy access with bus and lots of coffee shops.

Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. No frills apartment with basic rooms, good for a night's stay in Jeju city. It is walkable to several restaurants down the main road and valet parking was provided for free (just drive down to B1 of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful.
