Every things are good , but I smell the smoke coming from the house when I open the door, then I open the door and let the smoke go out. The hotel front desk staff's English is not good, I used the AI translate to keep communication. They are friendly and nice.

firstly, got fooles because we saw this resort is 4.5star rating on google. please dont get fooled like us. very run down place. very dirty and dusty resort. cleaniess for the room and towel are -100 stars. you will find hair and stains everywhere and especially in the "clean" towel. you also have to wheel your heavy luggage from the reception to your resort. No buggies lift was offered. you will also get a few of live spiders and dead bugs and worms in the room for FREE. What a pitty. Very spacious resort but just need lots of love

The place was big and comfortable. It's private and quiet. Close to the city. We were very pleased with the property. If it was better maintained, it would've been great. There were some spiderwebs in and around the house.

Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great.
