It was okay for one night before flying out but I probably would not book again as the location wasn’t very convenient for a tourist. The room also smelled as if someone smoked in it even though it was a non smoking room.

삼양 검은해변근처의 깔끔한 숙소

버스정거장과 해변의 중간위치라 좋았고 호텔도 군더더기 없이 묵기 깔끔합니다. 치약칫솔은 제공하지 않으니 사거나 가지고가면 되고요

침구 냄새 심합니다

묵은 호수 1411 1. 다른 청결도는 괜찮았지만 침구에서(덮는 이불 말고 침대패드)에서 청국장 냄새가 났습니다. 결국 덮는 이불을 하나 깔고 이불 하나만 덮고 잤습니다. 2 에어컨이 자기 마음대로 꺼졌다 켜졌다합니다. 너무 스트레스 받아서 혹시 예약을 잘못 걸은 것은 아닌지, 희망온도애 다달아서 꺼진건지 다 테스트 해봤는데 조건 없이 자기가 알아서 켜지고 꺼지고 해서 자다가 더워서 깨고 했네요 3 샤워부스 부품 파손 관리 전혀 안하는 듯 합니다. 샤워헤드를 어느 높이에 고정해주는 부분이 파손되어 양손을 자유롭게 모리를 감으려면 한참을 굽혀서 해야합니다. 볍ㄹ거 아니라고 생각 할 수도 있는부분일지라도 분명 숙박과 편의시설에 대한 돈을 지불했음에 불편을 겪어야해서 매우 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 그외에 지리적 위치나 서비스는 나쁘지 않았습니다.

좁은 주차장만 빼면 다른것들은 평균이상!

이 가격에 이정도 시설수준이라면 앞으로 자주 이용할 것 같습니다. 모던한 인테리어에 편안한 침구, 깔끔한 정리정돈상태는 저를 만족시키기에 충분했습니다. 단 한가지 아쉬운 점은 좁은 주차공간입니다. 이른시간 체크인 시에는 여유있게 주차했다가, 일이 있어 잠시 차를 이용하고 돌아오니 호텔내에는 주차할 곳이 없었습니다.

최고의 호텔이에요 직원분들도 친절하시구요 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 가성비도 좋아요 룸컨디션 너무좋고 다른곳은 침대만 달랑있는 답답한 느낌인데 이곳은 쾌적한 느낌이 드는 곳이에요!! 정말 좋았어요 저희 부모님 잠자리에 예민하신데 깨끗하다고 너무 만족해하셨습니다

기본청소 문제

청소상태가 나쁩니다. 엘리베이터 버튼이나 거울, 방문 키터치, 방의 테이블 위 등등 깨끗히 닦아져 있지 않아 기본관리가 안되는 아쉬움이 컸습니다. 침대보와 수건은 양호합니다.

조용하고 편한 숙소

출장으로 제주도에 가끔가는데 갈때마다 이용하는 숙소입니다. 조용하게 쉴수 있는 곳입니다. 조금만 걸어가도 삼양해수욕장이 있어 바다의 경치를 즐길수도 있어서 좋은것 같습니다. 다음에 출장가면 또 묵을 예정입니다~

식당 운영도 안 하면서 조식 안내를 해 놓았음 호텔에 조식 이용이 가능해서 예약했는데 식당 운영을 안한지 오래 되었다 해서 당황했음 결국 아침에 400미터 떨어진 외부식당으로 이동해야 했음 주차장도 너무 협소함

단기 출장용

출장시 짧게 이용하기는 괜찮습니다 전실 금연이라는데 실내에 들어서자마자 담배냄새가 나더군요 층간소음이 다소 있는편이며 주차장은 협소하고 실외주차장입니다 그나마 자리가 없으면 인근 무료주차장에 주차해야 합니다 직원분들은 친절한 편입니다
