旅行行程の、漢拏山と観光とイベント会場ワールドカップ競技場への利便性を考えバスターミナル近くの宿を探しこちらにしました。漢拏山へ行く始発のバスや、西帰浦からの最終バスに関しても便利でここにして良かったと思いました。周辺にも飲食店やコンビニも多数あり便利。フロント不在時間もありますが、その際には連絡先かかれた案内が出ています、宿のおじさんも印象良かったです。

Great Location

Location is great! Only a 5min walk to the intercity bus terminal and 15min from the airport, making it easy to get around the island even without a car.

여고동창친구와 한라산등반

1. 제주공항에서 버스로 10분 찾기 좋은 위치 동문시장 도보 20분 정도로 야시장 즐기기에 좋았음 2. 숙소가 조용하여 숙면 (타올 4장,생수2병, 추가 정수기이용) 호텔이라기보다 원룸같은 느낌 3. 조식은 블로그 보고 갔는데 실망(간단한식및 유럽식에서 토스트(셀프 달걀프라이와 치즈,딸기쨈)와 커피, 쥬스,사발면으로 메뉴변경 4. 숙소부근 새벽오픈 김밥집 있고 버스터미널 도보2분으로 한라산 영실코스 가기 편했음

屬於偏遠的賓館, 交通不便

部分職員的英語程度弱!!早上職員說明是2人房間, 現有3個人入住, 額外的床墊, 被枕需要每晚加10000韓圜。但晚上回酒店取到房間時, 發覺房間細放不下額外床墊而要求退回額外床墊費時, 晚間職員改口說是因為有3個人入住2人房間而需要額外收取每晚10000韓圜的, 不能退款!!簡直離譜!!!!!!! 設施差劣:浴室沒有抽氣扇, 3人房間只得一對膠拖鞋, 洗水盆旁沒有足夠空間放置物品, 放下的物品又被旁邊的花灑水弄濕! 房間掛牆鍾是壞的, 另一個3樓的房間電視也壞! 房間沒有足夠枱面空間放置物品!而且房裡有一股味道要開冷氣一段時間才散走!!! 酒店沒有熨斗提供!!!早上7點至8點半提供早餐簡陋得很! 沒有供應牛奶! 每天只可以飲沒有奶的咖啡!!!!8點15分到達時連基本的粥也沒有!!!早餐地點在地下一層, 沒有風扇或冷氣, 很悶焗!!! 晚上職員不願意提供即棄餐具, 竟反問我們是否想在賓館內用餐! 難道我們不可以用餐嗎？所以對這賓館印象不滿意!!!!!

Escogimos este hotel por su situación cercana al aeropuerto y relativamente céntrica en la ciudad. También porque tenía parking gratuito y desayuno. El parking es inexistente, cuando preguntamos por él nos dijeron que aparcáramos en la calle, cosa que nos incomodó un poco puesto que fue una de las principales razones para elegir este alojamiento. El desayuno es básico, pero con algunas opciones. Las habitaciones son austeras, sin sillas y con dos perchas en el armario, pero con espacio para las maletas.

Bad hospitality experience

Stayed in this guesthouse in April 2016. It's close to jeju intercity bus terminal and the cherry blossom street. The rooms are clean too.Choose this accommodation for the second time as it is conveniently located to bus terminal and it's previous hospitality. However, I had a disappointed experience this time. My parents and I were not happy with the 'hopitality' received from a young korean lady who spoke in Mandarin. We preferred to speak in English but she communicated with us rudely in Mandarin throughout our stay. During my check in on 16/9/2017, my mom asked her for direction to go to the bus terminal. As she gave us the wrong information, I asked her again for clarification. She was impatient and was rude in a way that she turned to my mom and said 'didn't I tell you just now?. There was another occasion whereby she replied 'isn't this the on button?' when I approached her to help us in switching on the tv. I hope the management will look into the training of this staff to improve on her communication and her resorces on tourist information eg basic thing like giving correct direction to the intercity bus terminal.

Convenient Location

I stayed there for 4 days. It was pleasant. I liked the atmosphere. The lobby was like a quaint coffee house where we could hang out and play games that were provided by the hotel. The only things not so convenient were the extremely small bath towels and the extremely disappointing breakfast. Overall, it was enjoyable and if I have another 3 day conference at the same venue near this hotel I would stay again.
