the hotel is brand new and the service is excellent. The area outside the hotel (not hotel grounds) is dirty and smelly. The jacuzzi was really nice and the views from the pool. Great variety and great service at breakfast.

The hotel is super clean and quiet. Location is great. Rates were decent as well. Limited dining options. Staff is friendly and welcoming. House keeping needs to improve. First day they did not clean the unit even though we put the cleaning sign on.

We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks

By far the worst experience in my life whole entire life of traveling! This hotel deceives their customers, the images they have on their website do NOT reflect the actuality, they make it seem as though they are near the beach/water front, and surrounding the hotel was a huge construction site that started at 4:30am and continued even on weekends so no break at all and to top it off I could hear the hotels generator all day and night in the room, after the first night sleeping there I asked the GM to refund me and that I would like to check out and move to another hotel but he never even had the courtesy to even respond to me for days, he communicated through the front desk person which was only delivering his messages, no refund policy which is unfair that i traveled 12 hours from New York City for 1 week to attend very important meetings which i had to cancel a couple because of the lack of sleep and rest. I had to leave 4 days early and purchased another hotel reservation just to get peace and rest and continue the rest of my meetings! I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! In fact I will do the opposite!

Really amazing hotel with good location. I got a twin room on top floor with nice view of the city. It’s a brand new hotel and rooms are well designed and spacious. Staff is amazing too from front desk to housekeeping everyone was super helpful and courteous. Hotel has several nice cafes and restaurants at walking distance
