Check in was easy. Sultan was friendly and nice and spoke really good English. The helpers helped carry the bags from the vehicle to the room. The apartment and rooms were clean. The location is really good. Short walking distance to stores and restaurants. They accommodates a late check out as well. The rooms are not and the apartment is spacious. Highly recommend it for families. Kids have able space. I decided to stay again in the same hotel on me return to fly out of jeddah. Highly recommend the place.

Suites are modern and spacious. Bathroom needs some renovation. Location is good close to restaurants and shops. Lobby has a musty smell, very unpleasant as you walk in. Nowhere near 5 star, this needs to be updated. Staff are friendly and helpful.

In general it was good. The room service sometimes they cleaned the room sometimes not. The reception doesn't answer the phone at all you have to go down by your self to asked them what do you need. At all the room was amazing and very clean

Excellent hotel with great local amenities

My colleague and I really enjoyed our stay at Merya Hotel when we visited Jeddah for the Formula 1. The hotel is in a great location within easy reach of the beach and corniche by taxi. It’s only 25 minutes from the airport, and has a great range of coffee shops and eateries nearby within walking distance. The hotel was in good condition, the rooms (we each had a one-bed suite) were a great size and very well-kept. Although the rooms did not have housekeeping during our stay, we were able to get extra water and coffee - and we would easily have been able to ask the friendly, efficient staff for housekeeping if we wanted it. We received a very warm welcome and all the staff were great throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Merya Hotel and would not hesitate to return!

Did not get the room I booked - downgraded

I booked a royal Suite and they allocated a studio. I mentioned this to the guy who checked us in and he said rooms are same which is not the case based on photos. No water pressure in shower and we had no electricity in room 1 hour b4 check out.
