I honestly don’t know where to begin This resort is a disgrace on the movenpick franchise It’s extremely outdated, not clean, and has mediocre guest services. An example of the poor service I called the front desk 3 times to provide me with a Power adapter as all of the power outlets in my room were outdated. And guess what , they didn’t bring it to me at all ! Another major issue was the furniture, and let me tell you this It’s so outdated and dirty in a way that was not acceptable for any hotel of any star rating. Bottom line, find another place to stay other this big pile of outdated mess.

location was excellent, staff responses were extraordinary however, the AC was leaking water, furnish was outdated and not comfortable to sit or lie, outside terrace was not painted or varnished, lawn was dirty, pool contained some debris
