“This is a top notch hotel as far as facilities now that the renovation is over, but there are others hotels like that. What makes this place special are the people that work there - everyone. From reception, to the concierge, to the restaurant personnel, to management, the service is personalized, smooth, discrete and non-intrusive. You really feel like home, and employees make an effort to anticipate your needs and desires. Outstanding.”
