The location was great. Breakfast was very good. It seemed to be clean. But the hallway floor was not solid and felt ready to collapse. Sound proofing seemed to be absent. We heard other people e.g. people walking above us and children laughing and talking. The bathroom fixtures were old. There was not enough parking. It was very much overpriced at $600.

It’s on a great location where we can walk to town for dinner. Limited parking for guests can be an issue & inconvenience if we come back to the hotel late. Many good restaurants nearby. Our safe did not work & got the maintained guy to come back 3 times. The hotel should have checked everything out before assigning the room to the next guest. My husband’s lamp did not work & we didn’t bother to call the front desk since the safe took 3 tries.

Clean room, comfy mattress, AC worked well, nice bathroom and shower, staff were professional and friendly, restaurant served good breakfast, hotel is located in a fantastic location in order to access the heart of Jasper town centre. Parking spaces are limited in the hotel's own car parks however on street parking is free from 9pm to 9am. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was well equiped with room amenities such as coffee microwave and fridge. Staff was very helpful with arrangements and the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Terra was exceptional with a locally sourced farm and forage menu. Pool and exercise room was perfect to augment the hiking and daily walking. Happy hour at 9pm was an excellent way to wind down from all our activities. Unfortunately there was no bar TV but guests and bar keeps were more than enough.
