Our room was beautiful and the owners clearly love the home and ranch. The home is lovely, warm and cozy. Pam was friendly, helpful, attentive and kind. The breakfast was homemade and wonderful. There is a rich history to the home and Pam took the time to share it with us.
We absolutely loved our stay at the ranch! The room was beautifully decorated and the property was well maintained and impeccably cleaned. The breakfast was delicious and was made fresh that morning. And our host was wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back!
We should’ve stayed longer. This was absolutely magnificent. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable. Definitely be back. Lots of lovely wineries to explore.
Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner Pam is delightful, and thinks of anything and everything you might need. She made us a wonderful breakfast, met everyone’s needs, and is a fabulous host. We met the ranch hands and the beautiful horses too. Our cabin was so well equipped that we wouldn’t have had to bring anything! Best place we have ever stayed because it was so enjoyable.
My wife and I stayed here for a night for our anniversary. The property is beautiful with a lot of history, and the owner is wonderful. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
74 Ranch is a very special place!! The scenery is gorgeous, especially with the horses meandering through the pastures.
The buildings have a lot of history and are very inviting, comfortable and pleasingly decorated. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. breakfast was delicious.
The property was very nice if you were looking for 1800 style it was great. The rooms are very clean and fun made you feel like you went back in a little bit of history..
The owner was wonderful. She told us the history of the property which was very interesting and she was was very friendly.
The breakfast was wonderful and we would definitely go back again
Amazing! Greeted by a lovely and friendly hostess, received a free upgrade. The place was cozy, clean and breakfast was delicious and fun with other guests. I hated to leave! I will definitely stay there again!
Going to the Seventy-four Ranch is like stepping back to the Old West, only prettier. Awesome place and enchanting tales from the owner. Pam and Jane are fabulous people. We went to this place for a respite, and we got what we wanted, with beauty and charm. Even the horses were friendly. We can't wait to go back with our family and friends.

This is a unique place on sacred land! It’s a calming place and the host is a great cook and storyteller!
Business trip and I found this fabulous B&B. It’s charming, peaceful and the hostess takes care of every need. Will be visiting whenever I’m in town for business and thinking of bringing my teen daughter and friends back for. Week of horseback riding and exploring the mountains. Love this place
This little Ranch is a very unique place with a lot of history and beauty, tucked away in a nice quiet area, beautiful views. The staff and help were very helpful in all areas, the owner of the property, Mrs., Pam, and her sister Jane were very accommodating and helpful many ways we loved meeting them and just spending time with them, as well as the other guests that were there would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone
This was a very nice place I was very surprised by the place more than expected
Pam was super friendly and an awesome host.couldn't have asked for better.
Even the breakfast was awesome.
Room was very cozy as well.
Really felt like you were at home with the atmosphere.i will definitely be back to stay :)
Thank you Pam you were fantastic
The wonderful hospitality, beautiful animals, special touches, like flannel sheets, heated bed, wonderful breakfast, knowing us by name, and a ready made fire in the wood burning stove, and attention to detail. It was truly amazing. The rain on the tin roof was so therapeutic and relaxing.
Great experience, even better than expected. Pam was a superb hostess. Gave us history lessons, cooked great breakfasts and overall one of the nicest people we have ever encountered at a B&B. This is a hidden gem in North Georgia. Thank you so much Pam❤️
I would love to stay here again. The weather was so hot we were unable to take advantage of the lovely shade trees and outdoor seating options. It is very picturesque and a great choice for time away from home. Pam went out of her way to make sure that we had breakfast available to take with us each day. Highly recommended!
The area behind the B&B was lovely, very serene and pleasant. There was some road noise out front though. The host was very gracious and accomodating. Sharing a bathroom was difficult but I was aware ahead of time. The Blue Room bed was small. Overall, though. It was a very nice, peaceful experience.
Ms. Pam owns the place and makes you one of her own. Her soul purpose seems to be to make you as comfortable as possible. Her stories about her, her family, and the ranch will have you on the edge of you seat begging for more. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time.
We enjoyed our visit. Pam is a good host. Downsides—sharing a bed in the overlook and proximity to high traffic sounds. We would have preferred two beds and less traffic noise. Overall, it was nice. I would return with noise canceling headphones. The claw footed tub was a treat and community breakfast (delicious!) so fun!
