Jarealito Vacation Packages for 2026

Our room was spotless and the AC kept things perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The morning snack bar was a lovely touch, and the staff were incredibly helpful the whole time. Only small suggestion: maybe keep some heavy-duty bug spray on hand — we had an unexpected (and admittedly not the host’s fault!) spider encounter in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

Clean enough. Breakfast was great. Pills were clean and nice. Outdoor bar was wonderful. The “gameroom” was very dirty, outdated, and run down (old fall decor still up). Not a big deal but definitely not what the instagram video portrays.

So the room we got had a nice partial view of the ocean and the room itself was pretty neat and clean but I was told that the property had an active swimming pool and upon arrival we realized that the pool has been shut down for a long time and also after asking we weren't even accommodated for a day pass for the pool next door at the Fairmont we actually got escorted out when we tried to get some information because it was a bit confusing because even though they were both named esj one is Beach Club and one is Towers but yet they are somewhat connected and we ended up walking from our esj Towers Lobby into an exit door that goes to the pool area and we thought that was the pool for our hotel and it's when they approached us and escorted us out and wouldn't even give us any details

1- Beds were not really Queen size, but were like a full mattress size. 2- No water bottles in the room given daily, only first day gave us two bottles when we were three people. 3- We asked the bartender to open up a bottle of wine we had in the room since we had no opener, he asked $25 fee, ridiculous 4- Not enough channels on the TV 5- Lobbies should have more fans, too humid. 6- Restaurants very expensive, over priced. Food was like 3 stars 7- Last day, before the day we checked out, no room service at all, we called front desk twice, no one showed up.

So beautiful had a old san juan feel .Great food for breakfast. Cute little pool. Quit and clean. If you have a car parking is a little walk. The only thing was Air-conditioning was ok not the best. But we'll worth the stay the staff was so sweet and polite and welcoming.
