Vacations Close To Western Kentucky Botanical Garden

TJ was fantastic! We will be back!!

Very nice room and wonderful breakfast

Bed's were comfortable. Hotel was clean.

The staff was fine the room wasn't it smelled musty and moldy. The breakfast was not what it should have been that the picture showed it was definitely a downgrade will never be there again

Opened the room door and was immediately hit with a heatwave, when parking, I saw someone had a box fan in their window (weird for a hotel) and another person was sitting in the open back of their car, should have been a sign to just turn around and leave, but I thought “give it chance”. The AC did turn on when I pushed the button, but we did not stay to see if it would have actually cooled the room though, because we then pulled back the covers on each bed to do a check and found 3 bedbugs. They were dead, but we were not taking any chances. Also, the headboards were filthy and the switch plate in the bathroom was covered in something gross. Didn’t stay in the room any longer to see anything else. Management said they would cancel our reservation and refund our stay, but I had to call Hotels.com to actually have that done. Avoid this place.
