We were not happy with our stay. Here is why: 1) The toilet was not properly cemented down and clanked around. 2) The air conditioning system could use an explanation on the thermostat in the room. I had to call the front desk three times before someone finally came to help me out. It was 77* in my room. 3) I used the iron which spilled some water on the floor - in about a one foot square area- and a white washcloth was filthy after I dried it. Disgusting. 4) Same thing happened in the bathroom. In there I used the bath mat to dry the floor. I expected better from Hilton. I was very disappointed.
After I spilled some water from the iron, I mopped up the floor and this was the result.

Cute and colorful

New building, clean, comfortable, colorful. Front desk staff for very friendly upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel

Very nice new hotel. Loved the walk in shower & huge tv. No microwave though. We chose this hotel because it had free EV charging for guests.

For the size of the room the air conditioner could not keep the room cold. The air conditioner was super loud. My wife and I could not sleep. When i broight this up all i was told was. Not much they could do but maybe look at the unit. Nothing was done and for the price and for how new the property is it is not worth the money.

The staff was so incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating during our stay, especially the general manager. We had to unexpectedly stay an additional day and were in an ADA room that they were able to extend. Clean property and all of the staff greeted everyone with a smile and good morning or good evening. Would highly recommend this property when visiting Janesville.

Very short stay but very impressed and would love to go back when not just stopping for a quick rest during a very long drive home. Extremely impressed that we were able to also charge our car overnight at no additional cost!
