I didnt like that it had no elevator to the second floor. One night with a lot of pick ups and trailers which one took 4 parking spaces including handicapped space. The breakfast was exceptional. Nice clean room. Quiet. Had quite a few fast food places and nice restaurants within walking distances. Loved they had dispensers with shampoo,conditioner and body wash.

Noisy beds

Excellent hotel however, the beds make a horrific noise when you touch the base of them. It wakes everyone in the room, even if you’re trying to be quiet very concerning you should replace or baffle the bottom of the bed.

There was a constant clicking noise coming from the AC unit in the room and it was making it really hard to sleep. The bedframe was also very noisy.

Great but a Horrible Noise!

That the hotel was outstanding and excellent place to stay, however, the bed frames are made of a thin sheet steel underneath the bed that makes a horrible noise every time you touch it. It was nearly impossible not to kick it or just touch it when moving around the bed. When you do it makes a very distracting loud and horrible noise and wakes everyone up at night if anybody gets out of the bed, Just a suggested upgrade would be to replace the base of the beds of anchor/baffle them, otherwise your hotel is outstanding!

They need to get back to pre-Covid standards. The breakfast is subpar. But, the room is very comfortable and it’s a quiet place.

Hotel was nice and clean but it has one of those BS air conditioners that only run sometimes, not constantly. I also had a set of headphones go missing off the bedside table.

Weekend stay in Monroe

Check in was easy, no elevator if on 2nd floor. Room was clean and spacious. No housekeeping due to staff shortage but ample amount of towels, and toiletries if needed. Breakfast was delish. Eggs, hasbrowns, toast, milk, apple juice, muffins, fruit, etc. Staff always on top of cleaning & refreshing food items. Pool was open, but we did not use. It looked nice though. Hotel was busy during our stay and no noise problems. Located next to Mexican restaurant and close to downtown. Only complaint would be mattress/beds need an upgrade. It was a little pricey for accommodations & no elevator/older hotel. $170 after taxes but few hotels in area. At checkout a few people had to wait a while for desk clerk to return even after hitting bell for service. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
