We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Goudhaen Luxury apartments. The owners and gracious hosts, Colin and Melissa, made us feel welcome even before checking in as they were very communicative. We loved the location in Jan Thiel and felt totally safe there. Our apartment had the conveniences of home with a well equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities for exploring the island. If we ever have the opportunity to travel back to Curacao, we would definitely stay at Goudhaen again.

Melissa was amazing! We were able to store our food in the fridge prior to check in which was extremely helpful. Our room had everything we needed and we were a short 12 minute walk from Jan Thiel beach. We were also allowed to store our luggage and use the pool, outdoor shower and washroom after check out time. There seemed to be a lot of return and long term renters which is always a good sign. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to be back again soon.

Great apartment in Jan Thiel

Modern, clean apartment in Jan Thiel. Walking distance to the beach, boat trips, restaurants, supermarket etc. The apartment contains a kitchen/ living room and a bedroom with bathroom + private balcony and pool + BBQ area shared with a few other apartments in the same building. They also owns the property next door, so it's possible to use their pool as well. If you rent a car it's a short drive to Mambo Beach, Tug Boat Bech for snorkeling or Willemstad. I can absolutely recommend staying at Goudhaen.
