We came slightly off-season so it was so peaceful, we feel like we have found a Jen. We were only gonna stay for one night, but extended it to two because the Lake view out our balcony was breathtaking.

The view is lovely. But there’s no food and no ice. (The restaurant is closed and the ice machine is broken). I had to drive 36 miles round trip to get fast food and a cold drink after a long workday.

Lake Cumberland is so beautiful and so calming. Lure Lodge is one of my favorite lodging destinations. The property is starting to show age in a couple areas, but also retains the charm.
