I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jamestown, NY. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has had a cheap makeover. The carpets are dirty. Broken A/C units stacked in the stairwell. My room had recent water damage and the room smelled like mildew. The pool was “temporarily” closed when we wanted to use it.
