The property was under construction which wasn't described beforehand. Pool area was closed. Breakfast was very poor with few options even with 45 minutes of time left. Very disappointing. Room was clean which is the only reason i didn't give this a 1 star rating.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Good location. Pool was closed. Breakfast was free but just OK. Rooms not very well insulated, I could hear people walking on the floor above my room and the shower next door. I am nitpicking somewhat. The hotel was good and I would stay there again.

Room was below expectation - linen felt quite „wett“ due to climate condition an heavy cooling down aircondition - toilet was not fully functional: had to open the tank cover to trigger filling it every second flush or so… Breakfast was good and attended - so, someone took care of filling up eveyithing! It was quiet and in a convenient location. The bed was extra plush and not comfortable at all. The shower pressure and water temp was horrible. Overall, it did the job for my one night stay. I would not stay here again if I were in the area.

Obviously gets a lot of traffic, exterior appearance was decent, interior showed wear and appeared a bit dingy. Close to the interstate but surprisingly not as noisy as I had worried. Staff was average, not terribly welcoming or going above but not rude. Possibly needing some plumbing repairs as the cold shower at 8am was not appreciated.

The hotel rooms are in need of a refresh. The lounge chair in the room was badly stained. Carpet probably due to be changed out. The actual bathroom in the room is quite small. All that said, the breakfast was very good and the staff are all awesome!

It was okey.

We were there for a basketball tournament. The reception desk took my id and credit card and then tossed it back to me on tbe counter. She was kind of rude. The pool and hot tub were closedn I wish they stated that or let us know ahead of time. The room itself was in rougher shape, nothing like the pictures. You can also hear everything going on outside the room. I didnt feel like it was worth what we paid for. The beds on the other hand were super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and the breakfast room was clean. The location of the hotel was in a safe location.

We booked this hotel because it lists a hot tub and pool as amenities. Someone commented that both were closed in September 2023. Both are still closed 4 months later when we arrived. This was quite disappointing. On top of that, the staff member at check-in was decidedly not welcoming. The room itself was okay, but it looks like it needs some updates (and has needed them for a few years). The breakfast was excellent though. The location right off the interstate is hard to beat too. Parking is tricky though.

Good to pass through quickly.

We arrived around 1030/11pm. No one was at the desk. When the guy did come out he was busy watching whatever was going on in the parking lot (which appeared to be nothing) and the guy walking in. He was not very pleasant. Every staff member we encountered looked crabby, and was in sweat pants, and a T-shirt. I had a hard time identifying who actually worked there. The room was out dated. But clean. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service was not good.
