“Wir haben leider nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was wir gebucht haben. Vom ersten Eindruck war der Ersatz aber sauber und ordentlich. Genauer hätten wir besser nicht geschaut. Dreckige Gläser, ein Kaffeeautomat bei dem sich im Wassertank schon etwas anders einquartiert hatte ( von der fehlenden Entkalkung mal abgesehen), ein Handtuch mit Make-up- Handabdruck der Legerin und noch einige andere Kleinigkeiten, die sehr nach liebloser Führung des Hotels schreien. Rooms were very basic-small (but reasonable considering all European hotels have small rooms) very clean.
