This is an amazing hotel, centrally located in Menteng Jakarta. The staff go beyond what I'd expect, they are amazing and go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable and happy. Rooms are enormous and extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Easy walks to public transport, shops and cafes/restaurants if desired and the hotel can and will organise transport if required. The breakfast is a la carte and exquisite, which you can order to your room or to the restaurant without any cost to either location. The restaurant food in the hotel also fantastic. Reception staff were particularly helpful, communication began prior to arrival and follow through on WhatsApp was immediate and always relevant.
