Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

HORRIBLE "HOTEL"

It's a horrible hotel. Took 1 hour to check-in, staff are all junior. The hotel building is under mortgage. Swimming pool is not accessible to hotel guests. The lift stopped functioning for 2 hours. Reception called me to check out 1 day before the actual check out date. I checked out a day before and stayed at another hotel. Couldn't bear it anymore.
