Staff not friendly at all. we asked the staff to call the the Blue bird taxi to Bandara but he call rental car instead. When we query why he did call rental car, he ask us to call bluebird by our selves. If we can call ourself then we did not ask him to call. The staff also not welcoming. The Hotel was secluded and far from the main road and seem not safe. The wifi only at the lobby. Breakfast was so bad compared to the price charged. shampoo and bath cream smelly. Only towel was good and new.

Safe fore sure, because its middle of fenced somekind of industrial/business block. Guards passing by all the time. Nothing to do really. If you want to close courtains and sleep that jetlag off this is your place.

Friendly staff /front desk to restrant n house keeping when I had staied for 5 nights to attend Indonesia Trade Expo at near PRJ/Jakarta. Very very good location to do everything !!! More than 2two star rated hotel as my view ! Thank you very much again ! I will be back to the Plaza Hotel Harco ! Won a Pilot n Businessman
