The friendly and helpful staff, quality of the breakfast, and the lovely appearance of the lobby and restaurant were truly unmatched. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms did not live up to those standards. Both bathrooms and the room where my daughter slept appeared not to have been properly cleaned. Her twin bed, located near the living room, had a cockroach, and there was also hair on the floor. We had traveled overseas that day and were extremely tired, so we did not have the energy to report these issues during our stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the staff and public areas were wonderful, and with better attention to room cleanliness, this could have been a much more enjoyable experience.
