This hotel was a little bright spot in the midst of a long, multi-flight voyage. The staff was very attentive, and the room we were in was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was located right at Terminal 2–which was very convenient. We would stay here again.

So convenient if you have an early flight. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Very nice staff. A heads up there is a smoking lounge that isn’t well insulated, so ask for a room far away from it.

This is an ultra-convenient and nicely priced hotel in terminal 2E at Sukarno Hatta. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well laid out. An additional standout is the included breakfast, which has many options -- Indonesian, Western, and Chinese. All in all a very good airport hotel.

We had the hotel shuttle service to and from the international terminal and it was super easy and quick. The driver was friendly and the attendants at the hotel were there to take us to our rooms. Very friendly and so efficient.

This is unbelievable. I trusted the reception staff to help me, and instead, they put me in the most expensive taxi possible — $45 USD just to go within the same terminal? Inside the airport? That’s not just overpriced, it’s a total rip-off. And the fact that the hotel staff was involved makes it feel intentional. I feel cheated and extremely let down.

Convenient and welcoming

Just used for a few hours layover. Welcoming staff, good breakfast, comfy bed, nice room. Quiet. It is quite funky to look out of your window at all the planes

Great airport hotel

A very nice and suitable hotel for a one night stay between flights. Easy to reach with the air train, although I was promised there will be a driver for me to pick up from terminal 3. No one ever came for me, so I took the train. Breakfast was simple but good and fresh. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Solid, economical airport hotel

This airport hotel is at CGK T2 (which you need to ride a sky train to get to from T3). It is a bargain, but it is an older property. It is clean, but not exactly modern.
