Great location with access to taxis onsite. 2 minute walk to Plaza Festival and shops eating choices.Love the pool Only suggestion is to serve real jam in the cafe at breakfast and have muesli and yoghurt choices

Had issues at checking in as the Hotels.com didn’t seem to have confirmed the reservation with the hotel, the manager had to get involved to finally get everything ok, room is superb and clean, on the minus side breakfast is nothing amazing and the surrounding of the hotel is difficult to find restaurant and shops just offices

Stayed there for 10 nights. Good about the hotel: the daily breakfast buffet spread is different. It is clean. Poor: Light is dim. Not suitable for working at night or reading book. Some fittings, such as bedside lights are loose. One side of the wardrobe sliding door is spoiled. Aircon not cold enough despite setting at 16degree Celsius with high fan speed

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Gegend und hat viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe um Essen zugehen oder um Einzukaufen. Es gibt Taxis und Shuttle Service, aber ist auch eine Transjakarta Haltestelle vor der Tür.Bald wird es auch eine Haltestelle für die Hochbahn geben. Das Essen in dem Hotel ist sehr gut und vielseitig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben bequeme Betten. Weiter gibt es einen Pool und ein Fitness Center, die man sehr gut nutzen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sicher.
