Pool was really nice view. Breakfast was tasty. The room was minibar included, however it was not much choices, just drinks for a single person in a double room. Could atleast had double of everything.

Missing washing

The hotel was pleasant and clean and front office staff were polite and accomodating. However, there were a number of issues which took a long time to resolve, even with an Indonesian interpreter - which was frustrating. The lifts were slow, and there was no option to take stairs. The towels were worn and unnecessarily changed along with the bathroom toiletries (plastic hair caps etc) which was wasteful. The fridge wasnโ€™t actually cold enough to keep any cold water or milk in. I was told at breakfast that I wasnโ€™t able to take a plate or knife up into my room to use later to be able to eat the mango I had bought at the supermarket which was disappointing. My washing was removed from my room one day while I was out, without me even requesting it to be done yet as I hadnโ€™t quite finished sorting it into the laundry bag or filled in the paperwork to go with it. I tried to explain at the front office that it wasnโ€™t ready to be removed. They assured me that staff had photographed the clothing items to keep track of it and it would be washed and returned by the next morning. It wasnโ€™t back so I enquired again the next afternoon but with a change of staff nobody knew anything about it. They told me it had been delivered which it hadnโ€™tโ€ฆthen house keeping asked what the washing items were? What brandโ€ฆ etc total confusion and I needed to pack my bag to leave the next day which caused unnecessary stress. It finally arrived that night but I found the whole situation very frustrating.

I was amazed with all the service. Keep up the excellent work. All staff are very helpful. Iโ€™d like to stay there near my brotherโ€™s house until I flight back to USA. But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brotherโ€™s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything. God bless your heart and your company management.
