Great location, just 1min walk to Emporium Mall. Rooms look fairly newly furnished, spacious, clean n good housekeeping. The breakfast has a wide range of delicipus hot Indo foods (the widest for any Holiday Inn Express i have stayed).

Staffs were great and were multilingual. Great courtesy provided throughout. Could do with more on deck staffing as breakfast can be very crowded. Hats off to the staff for always being so kind and courteous. Overall stay was comfortable. Lift availability can alter sides but this is not an issue.

Upper floors of shopping mall building in interesting part of the city. Friendly helpful staff, especially at reception and at breakfast. Big windows in room for view over city. Comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower. Breakfast was good here, lots of choice and efficient staff.

Location is the major plus about this hotel. It’s located next to a shopping mall with lots of food and drink to choose from. The hotel room looked old and a bit dirty. Beddings and bathroom didn’t look very clean.

Home sick visit

Overall stay is comfortable with the friendliness of the staffs; variation of breakfast menus and convenience locations we targeted. Could be better with newer stronger shower flows and toilet bidet and the lighting to use LED for brighter bathroom. Also to have couple direct USB plugs without the converter.

The staff was great and the location very convenient to the airport and for shopping and dining. The view from our 2nd Floor window was terrible. When we open our curtain we're looking at pipes and dirty wall. You could have painted the wall and put some plants to make it look like a patio.

The non smoking rooms smelt like smoke. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 smelt bad and 1 was next to a staff break room so they must be smoking in the break room and the smoke seeps through the vents. Staff are quite responsive when dealing with queries. The room itself was not very clean. I had yellow stains on the pillow cases and red stains on the blankets and when i called house keeping and reception, no one picked up. There was free breakfast though so that was good. Just overall a bit below average and i think you can find a better place.

Not too pleased with my recent stay!

The location is great if u need to be in a Mall but thats about it. On my recent stay, we experienced problems around the upkeep of maintenance & allergen safety. 1. The bed types are very limited, only SMALL DOUBLE or twin. It is really hard to sleep with a small toddler in a small double bed. It needs to be at least a normal sized double bed, not a smaller version of double bed. 2. Got scratched skin / surface damage tear across the right side of my face due to the sharp edge of shower head. I've shown the damage / mark to the receptionist on the same day. Manager on Duty is currently dealing with it after confirming the sharp edge was present. It has been almost 3 weeks & still havent received any confirmed action to solve this. Management need to speed up their efficiency. Not pleased so far, still being kept waiting. Pls get better at respecting your customer time. 3. Peanuts butter need to be closely monitor as it's dangerous for people with severe nut allergy. At times I understand it's difficult to police this but it's a matter of life & death for some people therefore restaurant staff need to be educated more, to take swift action when peanut butter had contaminated other items /knives nearby. It happened many days during my 9 days stay where I had to alert the staff to remove the contaminated knives around peanut butter jar.

It’s only convenient because it’s connecting Mall

Air conditioning is not too cold for us. First night in the room the bed sheets is a bit sticky. I don’t know if the hotel stuff replaced wit the new one or not. However we ask to change the room and make sure they replace the sheet with the new one.
