Stayed in a good room that was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The hotel staff is very helpful. There are a few minor areas that could be improved. The toilet keeps running. The flush button needs to be pressed twice or thrice. Washing your clothes via the hotel is a bit pricey. You don’t get that added perfume smell either. Getting a massage there when you had a long trip is worth it. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

This property is very well located in proximity to vibrant shopping centres and offices but the road on which stands is very narrow with heavy traffic and not pedestrian friendly. The lobby cafe seemed permanently closed and restaurant was not open when I went during the day time. The staff is kind and helpful. They let me check in early which allowed me to get some test before my meeting. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was a bit dirty and the room felt dusty. The bathroom has good fittings but needs more maintenance to feel clean. Wifi was very problematic. The breakfast was average. The gym equipment was in bad shape. Pool water a but foggy and uninviting. I got my deluxe room for a very good price but I wouldn’t go back due to the above reasons.
