The hotel and its staff are wonderful! We were walking distance from the two main shopping malls. The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! We felt safe walking to and from the malls and you just have to be aware of your surroundings or you could get run over by a moped or car. The food in the hotel was delicious!

the staff is amazing. Always super helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and feeling hungry. Reception staff Jeffery advised me on where I can get food and then later surprised me with traditional food even though kitchen was closed. Breakfast is free but not very nice, gym is small.

Very pleased with my stay. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The room was very clean and well kept. On the breakfast it has local menu plus scrambled eggs, salads fruits, cereals. I prefer boiled eggs and the kitchen staff was very kind to prepare boiled eggs for me every day. I recommend this place.

The hotel is located in a street with many food stalls. You get a taste of the life of the locals. The room had no refrigerator or minibar, which I didn't like. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special.

Staff were friendly and room was excellent. Breakfast left me m with some wanting but i guess that the typical indonesian hotels’ breakfast spread so no comment there neither. Would i recommend the hotel? Absolutely particularly if one does not mind the fanfare of jakarta roadside hawkers. Well done Ashley Tang!!!!!
