For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you but after 8 pm theres really no reason to walk around the neighborhood. You can get a cab or grab into the city for relativly cheap.

I like it because they handle the check in and check out process fast, assigned the room as I requested. Variety of breakfast food and drink is limited but it’s ok, would need improvement on egg station though. Other than that all good and would recommend it to my friends.

The staff seemed rather dismissive, and while breakfast was acceptable, the overall service was quite poor. I had requested a non-smoking room, but was assigned one that strongly smelled of cigarettes. When I returned to the front desk to express my concerns, the staff, with a stern expression, informed me that they would move me to a non-smoking room but warned me of a million rupiah charge if I were to smoke. I reiterated that I do not smoke, which was precisely why I had requested a non-smoking room. This was an unpleasant beginning to my stay.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich wollte ein neues Hotel in Flughafennähe entdecken, und das war sehr gut. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr freundliches Personal! Ich wurde um 9 Uhr telefonisch erinnert, dass das Frühstück noch bis 10 Uhr offen ist. Wunderbar, denn ich hätte mich ansonsten verschlafen. Der Swimmingpool ist nur 120cm tief, gut für Kinder. Ca. 1min vom Hotel entfernt gibt es kleine Straßenrestaurants, wo man um ca. 1 bis 2 Euro sehr gut essen kann! Fahrdauer zum Flughafen ca. 15min mit dem Taxi ca. 5 Euro.

업무출장 목적으로 이용했습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 편안했고 샤워실에 뜨거운 온수가 나왔습니다. 아침식사는 다양한 음식이 나왔고 계란요리와 국수요리를 주문할 수 있었습니다. 저녁식사는 9시30분에 주문이 마감되었고 10시엔 문을 닫았습니다. 호텔 옆 SUBWAY 매장은 9시에 문을 닫았습니다. 주변에 갈만한 쇼핑몰 또는 식당이 없는 게 아쉽습니다.

The satff was so nice and helpfull being my first tike in the country the gm of the place took me out to lunch they stopped and took the time to help out showing me cool things to check out ended up chatting for 3 hrs or so and my laundry still smells amazing from there laundry service there pool was refreshing and aparntly they are looking in to more green sustaniable systems for there place was amazing to hear such a effort like that is a money saver and great for all

Leuk hotel dat met hun shuttlebus zeker makkelijk is om vanaf het vliegveld te bereiken. Natuurlijk wel rekening houdend met het drukke Indonesische verkeer en de diverse omleidingen die er altijd zijn. De kamer is ruim en zeer comfortabel met een goed werkend wifi. Zwembad en Fitness mag wel het eerste op de lijst van verbeteringen komen, want het is nogal summier. Ontbijt in lokaal en internationaal, maar als er ook een conventie is, kan het wel erg druk zijn.
