This hotel was everything we needed it to be. The bed was comfortable, it had a nice shower, and an extra perk was the hotel having a Netflix login for guests to use. The location was a little strange and not as well connected to public transit as we had previously believed, but it was nice that it was connected to a mall with plenty of food options. The window in the room led directly to a brick wall, but hey...at least it was dark and it was easy to sleep. The hotel staff was wonderful and we really appreciated the availability of laundry machines and free detergent. It was more a place to sleep and recharge than "part of the vacation," but we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

It's. New hotel. But some guest throw garbage in artificial outdoor alley and not clean up by staff. Some sound from movie theater travel to the room.

Chambre vieillissante mais encore bien. Salle de bain bien. Le personnel parle bien anglais et est avenant. Déjeuners inclus redondants (maki gorang deux jours). Odeurs de cigarettes dans les aires communes. Je pense que le rapport qualité-prix était correct sans plus. Je retournerais si j'avais besoin d'être dans ce secteur.

Bonne surprise mais quel dommage...

Hôtel quasiment neuf situé dans un mall quasiment neuf lui aussi où l'on trouve restaurants et magasins pas trop chers. L'accueil est très bon, l'hôtel est moderne et très bien décoré, les chambres possèdent tous les équipements nécessaires, une fenêtre qui donne sur un faux extérieur plutôt joli, ce qui évite les nuisances de la route. Mais quel dommage que la propreté ne soit pas au rendez-vous ! Sol sale et collant, papiers et touffes de cheveux, draps et serviettes tâchés... À croire que le service de ménage ne fait que de la figuration... L'hôtel serai vraiment très bien si ce point (très important) étais réglé !
