The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the concierge was more than happy to assist with any requests or questions I had throughout my stay. The room itself was luxurious and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one would expect from a 5 star!
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service in the dining and restaurant areas. The food was exquisite, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They accommodated dietary preferences with ease, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art.
Ms Jagriti surprised us by celebrating our Marriage Anniversary in the evening with Music and Fab Chocolate Truffle Pastry.
