This is a lovely, quirky hotel which is bursting with character. Our room was impressive and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the rooftop restaurant on two evenings and on each the food was fresh and delicious. The live music added to the enjoyment of the evening.

I booked this hotel because of Hotels.com vip status recommendations. There was nothing like VIP treatment at this hotel. My room was next to restaurant and was noisy all the time. I would stay at other Haweli next time.

Great hotel in a residential area so peaceful. Staff were really helpful especially Khet Singh in the restaurant. Food was very good with great options. Would have liked boiling water for tea rather than hotish water. That was our only complaint.

Stayed for 2 nights at Umaid Bhavan with family. Gorgeous heritage property, and rooms were spacious and very stately! The hotel premises were very clean and well maintained and staff were friendly and polite. Their onsite restaurant was good and the buffet breakfast that was included in our room tariff was delicious and sumptuous with plenty of north and south Indian as well as western continental options. Our stay was very enjoyable and memorable.

Our recent two-night stay at Umaid Bhawan was satisfactory overall. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and friendly staff, two areas impacted our experience: room maintenance and food quality. Upon arrival, our room had a strong smoke odor. Additionally, the shower gel dispensers were empty and remained unfilled even after we requested a refill at reception on our first day, eventually receiving small soap containers after a follow-up. The food, particularly the Rajasthani dishes we ordered, was average and did not meet our expectations for local cuisine.

Umaid bhawan is one of the best hotels we have stayed. The traditional indian architecture feels like we are in a palace. All the staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. The breakfast buffet is great and we loved the dosa and omelette stand. I feel like the restaurant for lunch or dinner is little bit expensive.

Traditional homely and clean property. Fast check in. The staff are always available to help from the time we cheeked in till we left. Good size room for our family. Swimming pool was lovely. There were lots of courtyards and little nook and corners where you can chill out. We even had a swing outside our room. It was raining so we decided to dine there. The food was amazing and fresh. Breakfast was sumptuous and included in the price. Overall a pleasant stay.
